Eligibility of Tenderer : TheTender must have the following documents:1. Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship Certificate.2 The Tenderer should have 07 (Seven) years experience for supplying the same goods to Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous Body. 3 The acknowledgment slip of income tax return for last year. 4 Warranty Certificate. 5 All item should be brand new, fresh and conform to the required specification. 6 The specification/ model should be labelled properly on the body of the tire. Production year not before August-20237 Only manufacturer Genuine dealer/ Distributor can participate in this Bid/ Tender. No reseller or sub-dealer can participate in this Bid/ Tender. 8 Distributors/ Distributorship recognition to prove the quoted tires are genuine otherwise the bid will be treated as non- responsive. 9 The supplied tire brand should have ISO/equivalent international certification for quality. 10 The brand of tire should have at least 20 years of history. 11 BAPEX preferred brands are MRF/ Bridgestone/ Dunlop/ Yokohoma
