Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must possess a valid and contemporaneous trade license, VAT registration, and income tax certificate.The tenderer must demonstrate robust financial solvency through verifiable bank statements, a line of credit, or a bank solvency certificate reflecting a minimum of BDT 17 (seventeen) lakh as liquid assets.The tenderer must evidence the successful execution of a single contract for the supply of instruments and control goods valued at no less than BDT 20 (twenty) lakh within the preceding three years.Submission of a Manufacturer Authorization Letter is an indispensable requirement.The tenderer must furnish a warranty certificate guaranteeing one year of faultless performance for the proposed item.The tenderer must furnish at least one attestation from an end user, specifically a power plant with a capacity of no less than 100 MW, situated beyond the confines of the manufacturer-s country, substantiating a minimum of one year of commendable performance of the proposed product.Comprehensive documentation, including detailed catalogues and operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, is obligatory. Submittal of inadequate or inappropriate documentation will precipitate the rejection of the tender.The tenderer is required to provide a sample of the proposed item for evaluative scrutiny. The sample will undergo rigorous quality testing during the appraisal process. A substandard sample will result in disqualification, and the sample will be returned. Otherwise, the sample will be returned post-evaluation.A disproportionately low quoted price or minimal profit margin may be construed as an indication of the tenderer-s inadequacy and may lead to disqualification.
