Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall be manufacturer or authorized distributor/seller or agent of the manufacturer/supplier of the respective goods.b) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years overall experience for supply of materials in the oil and gas industries/sectors and Public Sectors. Years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac.) under maximum 02 contracts in the last 05 years.d) The Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Credit line(s), net or other contractual is Tk. 55,00,000.00 (Fifty Five Lac.).e) Others mentioned in the Tender Document.
