Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Any Bangladeshi tenderer, who registered in the e-GP system & has the following Minimum qualification criteria:1). The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience In the supply of goods and related services. Experience Certificate mentioning the amount of supply in a single supply order of similar goods in Engineering Colleges/ Polytechnic Institute / Technical School & Colleges).2). The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum TK. 450000 (Four lac Fifty Thousand Taka.) under single contracts in the last 03 (Three) years. Years count backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the e-GP system.3). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 600000 (Six lac Taka.). The supporting bank document(s) cannot be issued more than 15 days before the date of submission..4). Having up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up-to-date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.5). Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other parts of the Tender Document.6). Brand, Model and Country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder.7). NOA/Work order not acceptable as an Experience Certificate.8). Tender Security in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order e-GP system.
