Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only Manufacturer/Genuine Importer/Sole Agent/Suppliers who have minimum 05 (five) years of Manufacturing/Supply experience of similar goods (Solar Pump Based Solar Home System).2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1- 2 (one to two) cusec capacity's Solar Pump Based Solar Irrigation with Solar Home System. That contract valuation must be minimum 2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore fifty lac) BDT under a single contract in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum specific experience as Manufacturer/Supplier in supplying of similar Goods in any government/ semi government/autonomous body/organization under a three number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years.4. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.5. Manufacturer/Bidder should have ISO Certificates (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificate) with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods.6. The bidder must submit a sample of one set of solar pump-motor, MPPT motor controller and a PV single panel to the Office of the Project Director, Sech Bhaban, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. The receipt copy of sample submission and factory test report must be submitted in e-GP system.7. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.8. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).9. One tenderer can participate all three tenders/lots but eligible tenderer will be awarded for only one tender/lot for timely completion of the tasks.
