Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Supplier having valid Trade License, TIN & 13 digit BIN from concermed authority or otherlegal document.2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 26,00,000.00 (Twenty Six Lac Taka Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.4.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments,is Tk.30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac Taka only).5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.Note: The Goods supplied under this Contract shall be fully insured by the Supplier in a freely convertible currency against loss or damage incidental to manufacture or acquisition, transportation, storage, and delivery. The Goods remain at the risk and title of the Supplier until their final acceptance by the PE.Note: Vat and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the Vat and AIT accordingly.
