Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN, and as per the current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 5,40,000.00 (Five Lac Forty Thousand)The tenderer has to supply acid by lorry tanker and unload the goods at their own cost. Interested tenderers are requested to visit the plant site to see the facility for unloading.Note: VAT and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of the latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the VAT and AIT accordingly.
