Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. (i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(ii) The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor/reseller/Partner/ solution provider having minimum 05 (five) years of overall experience in the related field.(iii) The Tenderer must have minimum 03 (three) successful work completion experience of similar types of products and services in bank/NBFI/any govt. organization in the last five (05) years.(iv) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.(v) The Tenderer should have minimum two (02) Red Hat Certified Engineer for support services of the offered product.(vi) The Tenderer must have capacity to provide 24 x 7 hours support service with well-equipped service manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed goods and services. Interim remedy solution should be provided while fixing the problem.b. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods and services of minimum BDT 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lac Taka only) under maximum 02 (two) contract in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
