Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must submit Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, VAT Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.2.Tenderer shall have experience suppling similar goods to any Organization 02 (two) contract of the amount at least TK 10,00,000.00 ( Ten Lac ) each within the last 05 (Five) years. (Contract Agreement and Acceptance Certificate / End User Certificate must be submitted).3.Tenderer must average annual turnover of an amount of TK 20,00,000.00 ( Twenty Lac ) within last 03 years.4.Tenderer must submit 01( One ) sample of item no. 1 ('' Slot type Strainer'' ) as per sample in submitted document at Chief Engineer ( Generation ) office, Wapda, Dhaka or PE office within the tender closing date and time. Physical verification/ Quality test of submitted sample will be carried out during evalution process. Unqualified sample trend to rejection of the tender.5. Site visit ( signed by PE) report shall be submitted along with the tender.6. Tenderer shall submit a warranty certificate of 06 Months.7. Tenderer must have submitted a written commitment that they commissioning the slot type strainer.8. Tenderer must quoted Turnkey Basis scope of work and supply with in all respect.
