Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have valid and up to dated i. Trade License, ii. BIN/VAT registration certificate, iii. Bank Solvency certificate, iv. TIN with Income Tax certificate or return slip (AY-2024-25 or AY-2025-26) 2. Authorization Letter from authorized Dealer/Distributor/Agency (Only authorized Dealer/Distributor/Agency Authorization should be accepted), i.e., Offset Paper, Printer and photocopier toner) 3. The successful bidder shall provide a delivery challan from an authorized distributor at the time of delivery of goods. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services. 5. The minimum specific experience required as a Supplier is the successful completion of at least three (03) contracts (e-GP tender) for the supply of similar goods within the last three (03) years, with at least one (01) contract valued at a minimum of Tk. 12 lakh in the e-GP system. 6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility should be for Tk. 12( twelve) Lac. 7. During the evaluation stage, responsive bidders must submit samples of the required item to the PE office. 8. The latest date and quality standards must be ensured for each item. 9.
