  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below.1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature of goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac.3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Sixteen (16.00) Lac and must be submitted in prescribed format (e-PG2-7).4. Tenderers must submit valid VAT & TIN Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License and Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.5. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past Three (03) years.6. 100% Sample of all the Stationary item (PG2-3A & PG2-3B) must be submitted to PE office before deadline of submission of tender (otherwise non-responsive).7. The price schedule of (Form e-PG2-3A and Form e-PG2-3B) must mention the price of the product. Zero price cannot be mentioned for any product.(otherwise non-responsive).All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS and PCC must be fulfilled.
