Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Up to date trade license as supplier, VAT registration Certificate(BIN), Tax payment Certificate will be submitted by bidder during biding.2) Bank Solvency Certificate at least Taka 7,70,000.00 (seven lac seventy thousand) will be submitted by bidder during biding.3) Bidder must have minimum 02(Two) years- overall experience supply of goods.4) At least 01 (One) End use certificate for supply of air cooler type goods in government/non-government/multinational org.5) 01(One) year warranty (From the MRR date) will be applicable.Within the warranty bidder provide "After sales service" with free of cost at the time of warranty. For that PS(Performance Security) will be released after successful completion of warranty period from MRR date. 6) Bidder will be supplied materials within 45(Forty five ) days after signed contract agreement/PO.7) Bidders quotation will be valid at least 120(One hundred twenty) days.8) 0.5 (Half) % Liquidated Damaged(L/D) of contract price will be deducted for each one week or part thereof for delay supply of goods. The maximum number of Liquidated Damaged(L/D) will be 10% of contract price.9) Bidder must be mentioned brand name/country of origin name along with the offer.10) Bidder must be submitted Catalogue / brochure of the goods along with the offer.11)Manufacturer/Dealer/Agency authorization certificate must be provided along with the offer.12) Installation,testing & commissioning will be done at TICI site.13)User manual must be supplied at the time of supply.
