Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:1. NID of signatory person.2. Valid Trade License.3. Up to date TIN & Income Tax acknowledgement Certificate/Slip.4. VAT Registration Certificate.5. If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply ,an authorization letter from manufacturer (i.e Atlas Copco) has to be submitted. Authorization Letter to tenderer from authorized entities of manufacturer i.e., Dealer/ Distributor will be accepted subject to submission of supporting documents. 6. A certificate from manufacturer/ authorized entities confirming that offered Items specification & dimension must meet with the respective items of existing compressor and must be fit properly without any modification and properly functioning in the existing system (If the items of schedule of requirements offered from other than OEM).7. A Guarranty / warranty certificate from the Tenderer on genuineness of the equipment/ items and its satisfactory performance during the warranty period.8. Original printed catalogue from the manufacturer including Description, Technical specifications, Dimensional drawing of the offered products has to be submitted.9. For servicing air compressor the service person must be authorized of Atlas copco and he/she should have atleast 05 years work experience of same/higher capacity compressor.10. If the items of schedule of requirements offered from other than OEM(Atlas Copco) tenderer shall have to submit at least one End User certificate of the concerned manufacturer stating the performance of the offered items in Air compressor(i.e GA26P) is satisfactory for one year within last 10 (ten) years.
