Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:1. NID of signatory person.2. Valid Trade License.3. Up to date TIN & Income Tax acknowledgement Certificate/Slip.4. VAT Registration Certificate.5. Guaranty/ Warranty Certificate for all items from manufacturer/ authorized entities (i. e, Delear/ Distributor/ Sales office etc.) of manufacturer. 6. Tenderer must submit a letter declaring (on tenderer letter head pad) that the supplied goods are original/genuine, new, unused, have actual Serial number (for Compressor), fit properly and can be used without any modification (Febricated/ refurbished/Recondition compressor will not be accepted). 7. Original printed Catalogue of Compressors (Specifications with brand and country of origin).
