  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,Country of origin at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).3. The bidder have to submit factory manufacturer authorization letter and as an authorized company from manufacturer company they also have to submit Import Registration Certificate(IRC), Import documts:bill of entry,Ocean bill of lading,packing list from manufacturer,Country of origin certificate .4.The bidder's specified manufracturing company must have a valid ISO certificate of ISO 9001:2015 &ISO 14001:2015 are required to submit with the offer.5.In case of other factory products bidder's specified factory products have to fit, fix at DR6000 Benchtop Spectrophotometer with installation and calibration.6.The bidder have to fit, fix, install and calibrate DR6000 Benchtop Spectrophotometer by their specified goods.7. At the time to fit, fix, install and calibrate spare parts on DR6000 Benchtop Spectrophotometer if any types of accident will occure the bidder have to take the liability and have to solve the problem without showing any excause. 8.The bidder must have a experience of supplying similar types of laboratory spare parts or laboratory instrument with a good technical support of minimum 03(three) lakh taka in a single contract at last 03(three) years at any power station of BPDB or the company under BPDB(EGCB,NWPGCL,APSCL,etc. ).The experience at PE's organization(BPDB) will get preferrence. the counting backward from the publishing date of tender.
