Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. Minimum years of general experience of the tenderer for supplying spare parts and services shall be 5 (Five) years at Govt./Semi-govt./any organization.2. Tenderer should have successfully completed 2 (two) contract of supplying compressor spare parts and servicing within last 3 (three) years at Govt./Semi-govt./any organization.3. Purchase item warrantee shall be valid for 12 months from the date of completion of servicing and engine overhauling.4. Selected tenderer shall deliver the listed spare parts at any field of BAPEX (will decided further) and vendor service personnel also shall visit the same field to do the servicing and overhauling of engine. Tenderer shall bear the cost of visiting the field.5. All spare parts should be brand new and compatible with the compressor.6. Valid trade license for fiscal year 2024-2025.7. Latest income tax certificate with Tin certificate.8. VAT registration certificate with 13-digit BIN certificate.9. Bank Solvency Certificate with annual turnover statement.10. Affidavit of ownership of the firm.11. Company profile including permanent and local address.12. Last 2-years bank statement13. Any Spare Parts (if needed) should be provided form the supplier free of cost to run the compressor.
