Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall submit Trade license (up to date), Income Tax Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate and Business identification number (BIN) certificate with its e-Tender documents.2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of General experience in the supply of related Goods and related services where only the Completion Certificate from any Government/Semi Government/Autonomus Organization will be accepted as General Experience.3. Specific experience of successful tenderer of one contract of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of chiller-based HVAC System with/without VRF System within last 05 (Five) years of minimum 14 Lac and only the Completion Certificate from any Government/Semi Government/Autonomus Organization will be accepted.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 14 Lac.5. All the necessary Spare parts which could be required during the service and maintenance period should be quoted separately in addition to the original quote.6. The tenderer must submit the catalogue/brochure and Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter (Authorization letter/ Sole agent Certificate from manufacturer for Chiller (Geoclima) and VRF (Panasonic) type Air cooler individually must be submitted.) for the offered product.
