Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR- 2008 rules & regulation;b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) or 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 13,50,000/-(Taka Thirteen Lakh Fifty Thousand only).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.](3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractualcommitments is (Form PG2-5) Tk. 18,00,000/-(Taka Eighteen Lakh only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(4) Attested copics of Valid Trade License as Supplier, VAT Registration,TIN, e-BIN (13 Digits) & Income Tax certificate must have to submitted.(5) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);(6) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.(7) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS).
