Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 45,00,000.00 [Fourty Five lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [one] contract in the last three [3] of years.(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [one] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least BDT 45,00,000.00 [Fourty Five lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 50,00,000.00 [Fifty lakh only].Special Instruction:(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, Agricutural marketing License, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate etc.(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, Original Manufacturar authorization certificate for Premix (G.S), L-Lysin, DL-Methionine and Toxin Binder, Test Certificate for Soyabean Meal (Test From PRTC Lab, CVASU, Chattogram or QC Lab, Savar, DLS or Animal Nutrition Lab, DLS or Lab of Bangladesh Livestock Research Institute is accepeptable) and Original Manufacturar's Test...
