Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must be the manufacturer or the sole authorized distributor of a foreign manufacturer for the key components (Smart card based Pre-paid meter). The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Smart Card Based Pre paid meter with necessary accessories of minimum Tk 2.52 Crore under maximum 03(Three) contracts in the last 03(Three) years at any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. The Tenderer must possess all valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, and an Import Registration Certificate (if required).The manufacturer of the key components must possess a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) and ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate, as per the technical specifications.Sample Submission:Two (02) smart card-based prepaid meters, two (02) mobile vending units, six (06) smart cards, one (01) card reader, and the required application software with the necessary database (System Master Station and Vending Station software) on CD or Portable USB Storage Device, which will operate the entire prepaid meter system, must be submitted to the BMDA Rajshahi Regional Store.
