Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) General Experience:i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the field of mechanical or electromechanical works shall be 03 (Three) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper];b) Similar Works Experience:i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 80.00 (Eighty) Lac under 01 (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper];ii) Work Completion Certificate shall be submitted by the Tenderer as a proof of similar works Experience;c) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Proof of Income Tax Submission, VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit BIN);d) Necessary documents (Payment Certificate/Audit Report/etc.) for the calculation of average annual construction turnover;e) List of existing commitments and works with contract value to be completed during the next 1 year for the calculation of Tender Capacity.
