Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.b. Having experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1(one) number of supplying manpower of Tk 20.00 (Twenty) lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.c. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 10.00 (Ten) lacs during last 5 (five) years.d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 9.00 (nine) Lac.e. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.f. Tenderers shall have registration and updated licence under section 7 of Bangladesh labour Rules 2015. (Updated License/Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment s (DIFE).g. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the prevailing provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.The full eligibility and qualification criteria will be available in details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS, section 2) of Tender Document.
