Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 01. The employees employed must be permanent residents of Bangladesh;02. Contracts will be executed with the selected manpower supplier. No appointment letter will be issued in the name of any individual;03. The service worker must be included in the universal pension scheme operated under the National Pension Authority;;04. In the outsourcing process, the service provider's service fee will be paid by the service purchaser to his own bank account;05. The total salary will be determined according to the National Salary Scale 2015 (as per the Outsourcing Service Acceptance Policy, 2025);06. The manpower supplying organization must have an updated and renewed trade license, VAT registration, income tax payment and identification (TIN) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, and must have at least 5 years of experience in providing manpower to government projects;07. The manpower supplying company will be liable for any loss caused by the incompetence or negligence of any employee engaged in the outsourcing system;08. The engaged manpower can start work only after signing a contract with the selected outsourcing company on a non-judicial stamp worth 300/- (three hundred) taka;09. Salaries and allowances will be paid to the appointed employees subject to approval and allocation from the ministry; 15. All the conditions should be fullfilled as per the Outsourcing policy,2025
