Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. General Experience - 03 Years2. Under the new PPR-2025, a minimum of 1 contract will have to include a contract, agreement, and work order for the supply of 37 manpower. The value of which will be 1,70,00,000/- (one crore seventy lakhs) taka.3. Credit line of 1,70,00,000/- (one crore seventy lakhs) taka in the prescribed format.4. Average annual turnover (bank statement) of 1 crore taka in the last 3 financial years.5. Audit report of the last 3 financial years including DVC.6. Must be registered by Jointstock. Must have Articles of Memorandum and Certificate of Incorporation in support.7. Must have Contractor License (Outsourcing Manpower Supply) - 2025.8. Updated Trade License 2025-2026 (Outsourcing Manpower Supply).9. E-TIN Certificate.10. Must have Income Tax Payment Certificate 2024-2025.11. Must have 13 digit VAT Certificate and submit mail copy of VAT deposit for the month of January-2026. (If any company has not submitted VAT, it will be made non-responsive).12. There must be at least 12 contracts for manpower supply through outsourcing under PPR-2025. Otherwise, it will be made non-responsive.13. An undertaking must be filed in the pad of the company that it has not been previously and currently black-listed by any government or semi-government department.
