  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents. 2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services, supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 3. The tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of at least 02 ( two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) years, each with a minimum of USD 30,000.00 (USD Thirty Thousand) Only or equivalent amount; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contacts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad. 4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of financial resources in the form of credit line commitment is USD 35,000.00 (USD Thirty-five Thousand Only) or BDT 43,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Forty -Three Lakh Only) from any scheduled bank. 5.
