Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing security service personnel in public sector under maximum 02 (Two) contracts (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) completed over a period of 3 ( three) years with a value of at least of Tk 60,00,000.00 ( Sixty Lakh) shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer under Public sector (hereinafter defined by Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector) shall be at least an amount of Tk 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh) only over the last 03(Three) financial years. 4.The minimum amount of financial resources of the tenderer in the form of credit line commitment is Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) only from any scheduled bank.5.Tenderer must declare confirming compliance to Additional ITT clause 1,2,3 mentioned in Section 2: Tender data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document and stating that this declaration shall be binding upon the Supplier.
