Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years.2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 25,50,000.00 [Tenderer must submit proper document mentioning the amount clearly]3. The satisfactory completion of similar goods in public utility with a minimum amount of BDT 24,00,000.00 in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of a contract completion certificate issued by the end users.]4. The Tenderer should submit a valid trade license, TIN with the last Financial year's tax return acknowledgment slip/ certificate, and a 13-digit BIN as per the current VAT Act.5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document
