Performance Guarantee (PG) from Global Islami Bank PLC, Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, First Security Islami Bank PLC, Social Islami Bank PLC, Union Bank PLC, ICB Islami Bank PLC, Padma Bank PLC, National Bank PLC, Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, Bangladesh Commerce Bank PLC, and EXIM Bank PLC will not be accepted.6. Pipe should be purchase from National Tubes Limited (NTL), Tongi, Gazipur.7. Before inside Rubber lining the Rubber quality will be tested from any reputed organization in presence of user department by bidder cost.8. After completion the Rubber lining work, Rubber hardness, thickness & holiday test will be done by user department.9. Flange material should be M.S (API Grade, Class: 150).10. The bidder should have minimum 05 years of Rubber lining works experience in any Govt. Industry/Fertilizer Factory etc.11.The bidder should have BSCIC/ BIDA enlistment certificate.12.The bidder should be Submitted Pipe & Rubber Purchasing documents such as Invoice & Gate Pass etc. along with the material.
