Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall submit updated trade license, updated tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.2. Tenderer must have 5 (Five) years of general experiences of works.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) of Dredging at Intake Pump Station (Pontoon) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. .500000.00 (Five Lakh).5. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 700000.00 (Seven Lakh) over best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) financial years.6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 700000.00 (Seven Lakh)7.The dredging silt should be dumped at a high place at a distance at least 100 meters away from the Pontoon.8. Providing safety of worker for this perticular work must be ensured by Tenderer.
