  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar product of minimum Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac).The Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee Certificate from the manufacturer/ tenderer confirming that the offered items are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly in existing system without any modification.Manufacturer/ Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent's Authorization Letter. In case of supplies from the Distributor/ Dealer/ Agent/ Sub-agent, Authorization letter along with the proof of authorized distributorship/ dealership/ Agent ship/ Sub-agent ship from Manufacturer with permission to sale materials in Bangladesh is to be submitted. [The authorization letter should have full contact details, i.e. Official e-mail address, Telephone No, Office address etc. of the issuing authority].The Tenderer should supply goods from the same entity whose authorization is submitted in this Tender.
