Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on similar works/goods in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 8.00 Lakh during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates have to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 12.00 Lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format "Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG2-5)" which is attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms (e-PG2 Formats.docx). Otherwise, the submitted tender will be treated as technically Non-Responsive.d) Manufacturer's/Sole distributor's/Authorized dealer's authorization letter and product catalogue must be submitted.e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of tender documents must be fulfilled.h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
