Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03 [Three] years.(2) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have satisfactory completion certificate of Similar Works of at least Tk 25,00,000.00 [Twenty-Five Lakh] under a single contract over a period of last 03 [Three] years.(3) The Tenderer/Manufacturer must have Certification from Cameron /Ingersoll Rand (IR) to perform Mechanical,Electrical, Instrumentation repairing works.(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 28,00,000.00 [Twenty-Eight Lakh] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.(5) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.N.B.: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
