Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have a Valid Trade Licence2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is approximately Taka 12,00,000/- (Taka Twelve lac ) only should be submitted in the prescribed form as attached in the tender document or credit facilities against this particular supply or remaining credit facility for the company or other finances shall be sufficient to meet the required amount. Documents for the liquid asset should not be issued more than one month prior to the publication of IFT in e-GP System.5.
