Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must have submit at least 02 (two) satisfactory completion of similar works experience of Refilling of the fire fighting cylinders (ABCE, CO2 & Foam) of minimum amount of at least Tk. 3,00,000/- (Three lac) each in a single Contract in any Government / Semi-government/ Autonomous Organization within the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The average annual construction turnover should be at least 10 (Ten) Lac within the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100% of offered value. Liquid asset must be in the form of bank statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:1. Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Up-to-date Bank Solvency Certificate/Balance, Authorization Letter.2. Contractor Must have Fire License from Bangladesh Fire Service.3. Contractor must have BSTI Approved Certificate.4. Tenderer must mention country of origin of his offered fire extinguisher in the tender.5. If the offered fire extinguisher is of any foreign brand, then tenderer must submit legal documents of last import.6. If the offered fire extinguisher is of any Bangladeshi brand, then tenderer must submit legal license, catalogue and attested copy of quality certificate of the manufacturer with the tender. In addition to that, manufacturing company must have legal documents for chemical import.
