Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate,TAX and TIN certificate.2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of related goods and services.3. The Tenderer must have supplied similar equipments/Machineries which were installed and commissioned during the last 5 years.4. The Tenderer must submit the Manufacturers Authorization letter or local agent's issue Authorization letter alongwith the tender.5. Tenderer must have maximum 1 contract of similar goods of minimum 8.0 ( Eight) Lac BDT within last 5 (five) years with successfully completion certificates.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line, net of other contractual commitment of the Tenderer shall be BDT 9.0 (Nine) Lac with any government schedule Bank.7.The manufacturing company must have International Standard certificate and the tenderer must submit the certificate copy.
