Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer should follow the instructions below:1. The Tenderer shall have valid & up to date trade license and income tax certificate.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.3. The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Printing materials of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least BDT 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh). The Tenderers have to submit contract agreement, Payment Certificate / acceptance certificate from the purchaser as evidence of the minimum requirement as above.4. The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh). The Tenderer have to submit audit report or Bank statement or letter of line of credit issued from Bank.5. The Tender Validity period shall be 60 (Sixty) days.6. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 60,000.00 (SixtyThousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas T&D System Ltd. in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order or Gurantee issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.7. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5% percent of the Contract Price.8.Press Declaration Certificate authorised by the D.C. Office.9. All other terms & conditions are mentioned in the tender document.
