Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License updated for 2024-2025 FY2. TIN Certificate3. Last updated Income Tax Certificate/ Acknowledgement slip of return submission4. Bank solvency certificate stating Tender ID, package no., name of the goods and dropping date in standard format.5. Business Identification Number (BIN) Certificate6. Updated BCS membership Certificate7. Manufacture Authorization certificate8. Dealership /Agency ship certificate9. Import Registration Certificate (Commercial IRC)10. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of General experience.11. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Printers and Scanners) of at least 2 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years and each has to be 20 (Tweenty) lakh min. (Completion Certificate(S)/NOA/Contract Agreement(s) stands for proof)12. The required average annual turnover of last best 3 years of the last 5 (five) years of the tenderer shall be at least the amount of BDT 50,00,000.00 (fifty lakh).13. Minimum 3 (Three) general contracts has to be completed successfully within the last 5 years (Completion Certificate(S)/NOA/Contract Agreement(s) stands for proof). 14. Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have internationally recognized up to date certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001 or relevant certifications.15. Manufacturer of the product i.e Printers and Scanners or Distributorship/Dealership/Agency Certificate from the Manufacturer.
