Origin and brand of components mentioned in the specification.09. Test Report from any reputed agency (Third Party Test Report) during machine supply.10. Nominated Engineer Bio-Data and declaration of assignment for this project (Declaration with company Pad by Owner /Authorized Person).11. Factory Test Report during machine supply.12. Similar type experience must be needed of minimum Tk in lakh 5.00 [Five Lakh] under maximum 3 [three] contracts within last 05 [five] years. (Attached with Purchase Order and Work Completion Certificate).13. General Experience must be needed of minimum Tk in lakh 7.00 [Seven Lakh] under maximum 5 [Five] contracts within last 05 [five] years. (Attached with Purchase Order and Work Completion Certificate).14. Credit Commitment of Line of Credit needed Tk in lakh 6.00 [Six Lakh] from date of tender publication. If the Supplier submitted credit commitment, the commitment should be without any alteration or correction or modification of the form of “e-PG3-8”.15. A properly filled technical specifications and compliance sheet for the offered machine must be supplied with the offer as part of the tender.
