Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. National Tenderer must submit an updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate as per mentioned in ITT clause 22. Foreign tenderers must submit Trade license or certificate of incorporation (as applicable).2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services shall be supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of equipment/Spare parts/consumables to any Government-owned organization or Power Station of at least 02 (two) contracts completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a minimum value of USD 15,500.00 (USD Fifteen Thousand Five Hunderd) Only or equivalent amount. Among the mentioned contracts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad.4. The minimum amount of credit facility is USD 18,000.00 (USD Eighteen Thousand) or BDT 22,00,000.00 (Twenty-Two Lakh) from any scheduled bank.5. Tenderer must be authorized by the manufacturer of the offered filter as per clause ( IV) of ITT 20.1( o) mentioned in TDS to supply the goods.6. Tenderer must fulfill the product qualification criteria to become responsive in this tender as per clause (VI) of ITT 20.1( o) mentioned in TDS7. The tenderer must comply with all the conditions Stated in TDS and PCC
