Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer has to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:(1) Updated Trade License, Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate and Vat Certificate. (2)Tenderer have to submit confirmatory documents of a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization. (3) Tenderer have to submit End User Certificate of specific experience in supply of water treatment chemicals of at least 1 (one) contract with a minimum value of Tk. 1500000.00 successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years.(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.1600000.00(5) Tenderer must submit 1 kg sample in Suitable jar/Bottle before tender opening date and time.(6) Tenderer have to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fail to meet quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
