  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Photocopies of (a) updated trade license (b) income tax payment certificate up to Halsun (c) VAT registration certificate attested by a 1st class gazetted officer must be submitted along with the tender.2. All goods must be delivered to the Police Ration Store on time for presentation to the Receiving Committee as per the work order. After the committee's inspection, the rejected goods must be immediately removed from the ration store at your own expense.3. If the government imposes any additional tax on any item mentioned in the tender after signing the contract or the price of the item mentioned increases, the bidder will be obliged to bear it, in which case no objection will be admissible.4. The bidder must submit a sample of 1 kg of Polao rice in a packet to the office of the Pirojpur Police Superintendent.5. Packaged chicken must also be BSTI approved.6. If any quality difference occurs during the distribution of the supplied goods within the force after receiving them, it will be returned to the contractor. The contractor will be obliged to change the said goods as per the sample at his own cost. Otherwise, legal action will be taken including forfeiture of the security deposit.7. The goods must be delivered within the time specified in the work order.
