Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years.b) The tenderer shall have successfully completed the similar works (Transformer oil testing) of at least Tk 2,00,000.00 [Two Lac Only] under a single contract in the last three (3) years.c) The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit lines of at least Tk 200,000.00 (Taka Two Lakh).d) The Tenderer must have his own Transformer Oil Testing Labe) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.N.B.: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
