  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : a) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all Tenderers; b) Tenders are allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process;c) While Firm, Personnel, Materials, Equipment and associated services from Israel are not eligible;
  Brief Description of assignment : Procurement of Physical Service for Coal Receiving (Unloading) and Coal Yard Management of Coal Handling System of Matarbari Coal Fired Power Plant
  Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : (a) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service in Public/Private Sector of Multiple contracts (Maximum 03 Nos.) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a cumulative value of at least of BDT 22,00,00,000/- (Twenty Two Crore) only shall be required;(b) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 11,00,00,000/- (Eleven Crore) only over the last three financial years;(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 4,60,00,000/- (Four Crore Sixty Lac) only;(d) Other qualification/ eligibility as per the Tender Document to be fulfilled.
