The net Quality of lentils will be weighted. If lentils cannot be Supplied as per the sample,legal action will be taken including confiscation.Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government.Bill will be paid after the allocation from the government.If for any reason the market price increases,the contractor will be obliged to supply the goods at the price paid by him.Otherwise,legal action will be taken against the concerned contractor including forfeiture of the tender security/performance security money.The price given in the tender must be consistent ...
