  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.(2) Vat Registration Certificate.(3) Valid Trade License of the Company.(4) Financial Solvency Certificate.(5) National Id(6) Ownership Certificate.(7) Renewed Agriculture Marketing License and Relevant Work Experience Certificate.(8) The Bidder must submit the paper of ownership of the wheat Grinding mill or must Submit a contract paper with a mill owner for Grinding wheat.(9) Certificate of Relevant work experience within the last one Year.(10) The whet milling contractor will be obliged to receive the wheat from the ration store,grind the wheat at the designated mill,and then store the milled flour in the police ration store at his own expense.(11) Wheat flour must be milled and delivered to the ration store within 7 working days of receiving the DO of wheat scheduled for each month.(12) As per the instructions of the Police Headquarters flour should be supplied in high quality transparent (market-like) 4-kg and 5-kg packets,and the weight of the product, date of production,and expiration date should be clearly mentioned on the packet.(13) Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government.Bill will be paid after the allocation from the government.(14) The price given in the tender must be consistent with the market price.(15) If for any reason the market price increases,the contractor will be obliged to ...
