  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : National IDUpdated Income Tax Payment Certificate.Vat Registration Certificate.Valid Trade License of the Company.Financial Solvency Certificate.Ownership Certificate.Renewed Agriculture Marketing License.Certificate of Relevant work experience within the last one Year.Edible Soyabean Oil should be supplied in quantities of 0.500 liters,1 liters,2 liters and 5 liters as per the demand of the authorities.As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract firewood (dry mango charcoal) shall be supplied in sawn from.The required dry sawn firewood shall be warehoused at Gaibandha Police Ration Store at its own cost as per the work order.Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government.Bill will be paid after the allocation from the government.If for any reason the market price increases,the contractor will be obliged to supply the goods at the price paid by him.Otherwise,legal action will be taken against the concerned contractor including forfeiture of the tender security/performance security money.The price given in the tender must be consistent with the market price.The Purchaser reserves the right to accept,reject or cancel the tender at any time withourt assigning any reason. The Authority is not bound to accept the tender of the lowest bidder.
