Project Name : Program on Agricultural and Rural Transformation for Nutrition, Entrepreneurship and Resilience in Bangladesh (PARTNER)-BADC Part
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Suppliers who havea) Minimum 5 (Five) years of General experience of supplying goods are eligible only. b) Minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplying of Oven for Drying Beads or Scientific Equipments for Agriculture in Government/Semi Government /Autonomous body/Organization. A single contract of similar nature works successfully completed within the last five years, with a total value of at least Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.c) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms. Bank Statement is not allowed as proof of Minimum amount of liquid asset;2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;3. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.4. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.5. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
