Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5(Five) years with a value of at least of Tk 65,00,000.00(Sixty Five Lac only) shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 12,00,000.00(Twelve Lac only) over the last five financial years where best three years will be counted.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10,00,000.00(Ten Lac only)5. Tenderer shall the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the appliable law.6. Tenerer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of law and regulations of Bangladesh.7.
