Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Rangpur or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Gaibandha WD Division, BWDB, Gaibandha will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4).2. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post with CV, filled upexcel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.6. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
