Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The Tenderer must have a valid Trade License, VAT & TIN.2. Tenderer must have an up-to-date Income Tax return Certificate.3. The Tenderer must have general experience in a government/semi-government/autonomous body organisation in the last 05 (five) years.4. The Tenderer must have specific experience of supplying outsourcing personnel in a government/semi-government/autonomous body organisation in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) in the last three years.5. Tenderers shall have a Bank Solvency Certificate and a minimum of 20 (Twenty) Lakh Taka as Liquid assets or Credit line facilities.6. The Tenderer must have an average annual turnover of at least the amount of Tk 25,00,000/-(twenty-five lakh) over the last three financial years.
